Great environment for kids ages 3-5 to learn essential skills such as discipline, teamwork, and the fundamentals of MMA through engaging games and various other fun challenges.

Kids Club

Kids aged 5 to 12 will have the opportunity to learn valuable life skills, including discipline, while also exploring a variety of kickboxing and grappling arts in a safe and supportive environment.

Kickboxing

In our comprehensive kickboxing class, we will focus on learning the proper techniques of the fundamental aspects of both punching and kicking. Additionally, we will incorporate elements of Muay Thai, providing a well-rounded approach to your training. Not only will you develop your skills, but it's also a fantastic workout that helps improve fitness levels and overall conditioning!

Grappling/Jiu Jitsu

Learn how to properly move and effectively fight on the ground. We specifically focus on no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) techniques that emphasize fluidity and adaptability. In our classes, we learn to achieve and maintain the right positions so we can successfully execute our submissions. It is not only a great workout, but also a fun and engaging activity that will challenge and develop both your mind and body simultaneously.

Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 pm (No Gi)

Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 pm (With Gi)

MMA

Let's combine all the various techniques and skills we practice in our kickboxing and grappling classes, so we can develop into well-rounded fighters. Sparring during this class is optional for participants, but it is essential that you arrive with all the recommended and required training equipment—there will be no exceptions to this rule! This ensures everyone's safety and enhances the overall training experience for all involved.
